1. The Service
LeadMunk provides ad management and AI-powered appointment setting for roofing companies. We run ads, our AI qualifies incoming leads, and books qualified homeowners onto your calendar.
2. Fees
A one-time setup fee of $500 is charged before onboarding. After go-live, you are billed $184 per shown appointment. A shown appointment means a real homeowner who attended the scheduled inspection. If nobody shows, you don't pay us.
3. Ad Spend
You are responsible for your own ad budget, paid directly from your card to Meta. LeadMunk does not handle, hold, or invoice ad spend.
4. Month-to-Month
No long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time. Fees for shown appointments already delivered remain due.
5. Your Responsibilities
You must be a licensed, insured, and established roofing contractor able to inspect leads within 48 hours of a booked appointment. Failure to show up on your side does not qualify as a "no-show" on the homeowner's part.
6. No Guarantee of Sales
We deliver qualified, shown appointments. Closing the job is your responsibility. We make no guarantee of revenue or contracts signed.
